These cables are awesome.

Sound quality: The quality of the sound was on par with a number of the more expensive cables I have had historicallyin the past. I didn't notice any interference and best deal on hdtv sounded clear.

Preliminary setup (who cares): The cable came in an simple to open cardboard box. The plastic tips needed to be removed but that not very was an issue given I have opposable thumbs.

In general there is not much to say about this product; either best deal on hdtv works or best deal on hdtv doesn't work. It works and I recommend it.

My aim in life is to seldom buy overpriced cables. I figure that best deal on hdtv is a cable and how could it break. After all it sits there collecting dust. It is a digital signal going through glass/plastic fiber, there will be no difference compared to the $450 dollar AudioQuest class five optical cable - TosLink plugs 1m (three.28'). In case you bought this $450 cable, I cry for you.
